Free app

We proudly introduce AxxiGo4VSME, AxxiGo4CO2PL and AxxiGo4Canvas. The purpose of these apps is to:

• Facilitate the documentation and easy accurate tracking of your sustainability strategy,  
• Enable you to achieve an efficient and effective implementation of your sustainability policy through the integrated methodology, and
• Simplify your sustainability administration and reporting.

AxxiGo4VSME enables you to fully comply with VSME. The VSME contains guidelines established by EFRAG within the framework of CSRD legislation. These VSME guidelines, published on December 17, 2024, allow SMEs and larger undertakings (<1.000 employees) to align with CSRD. This alignment is essential in your relationship with banks, customers, and suppliers who must comply with legal CSRD requirements. More information about VSME can be found here.

To summarize, AxxiGo4VSME enables you to carefully document and accurately follow up on the following matters:

• your sustainability administration acoording to the VSME guidelines of EFRAG, published on December 17, 2024,   
• your sustainability strategy and policy
• your action plan
• your meeting reports
• your stakeholers reports
• your marketing- and communication plan
  

AxxiGo4CO2PL helps you accurately track the implementation of the CO2 Performance Ladder methodology (version 4.0). 

• Part 1
  • AxxiGo4CO2PL supports the registration of information that must be captured according to chapters 5, 6, 7 and 9 from Part 1 of the three Tiers.
  • The functioning of the PDCA-cycle, as described in chapter 10, is supported by AxxiGo4CO2PL.
• Part 2
  • AxxiGo4CO2PL supports the registration of information related to all requirements of the three Tiers.
  • However, we note that the preparation of the inventory of the greenhouse gas emissions with the respective calculations is not included in AxxiGo4CO2PL, as there are numerous software tools on the market that handle this task effectively.    

The CO2 Performance Ladder methodology allows you to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve energy savings. AxxiGo4Canvas

As mentioned above, sustainability has a significant impact on your business operations. Many companies seize this opportunity to rethink their business model, often using the Business Model Canvas by Alexander Osterwalder (click here for an explanation - the video lasts about 6 minutes).

AxxiGo4Canvas enables the structured documentation of the Business Model Canvas through structured text.

The purpose of the AxxiGo4Canvas solution is to:

• Facilitate the proper documentation and easy, accurate tracking of your business model.
• Enable you to efficiently and effectively implement your business model through the integrated methodology.
  

AxxiGo4VSME, AxxiGo4CO2PL and AxxiGo4Canvas are “check”-lists created within the AxxiGo app. These three “check”-lists are offered for free along with the AxxiGo app. The free offer is valid as long as the installation cost is invoiced and paid in the 2025 calendar year.

We have put "check" in quotation marks because a checklist is often associated only with ticking off items. However, AxxiGo offers many more types of response options than just checkboxes: responses can also be text, numbers, dates, scores, yes/no, etc.

Integrated methodology - PDCA Cycle

PDCA stands for Plan, Do, Check, Act, a cycle used to structurally improve the quality, processes, KPIs, and objectives of your organization, projects, team, etc.

AxxiGo allows you to create and monitor an action plan and implementation plan, while also managing and tracking actions within the PDCA cycle.

Thus, AxxiGo4VSME and AxxiGo4CO2PL both support the PDCA cycle, ensuring an efficient and effective implementation of sustainability.

Progress Monitoring

A very useful feature is progress monitoring, which tracks the completion of checklist items. You can see:

• The total number of checklist items,
• The number of open items, and
• The percentage of completed items.

This is a standard feature of the free app.

As shown in the screenshots above, completed items are highlighted in green, making it visually clear which points have been completed.

Fraud Prevention

The app includes features to prevent errors or fraud.

For example, answers can be "locked" so they cannot be modified. If an error is detected and the answer needs to be corrected, a built-in exception procedure allows modifications. This procedure requires:

• A reason for the change,
• The requester's identity and timestamp to be logged, and
• The original value of the locked answer to be preserved for future reference.

Additionally, deleted answers are always archived.

This standard feature of the free app ensures that your sustainability administration is audit-proof.

Audit-proof (Assurance)

When developing AxxiGo4VSME and AxxiGo4CO2PL, great effort has been made to ensure that the apps are audit-proof. This means they are designed to meet internal and external audit requirements.

Why is this important?

Organizations in your supply chain that are CSRD-compliant are also subject to CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive). They are responsible for their entire supply chain and must enforce stricter sustainability requirements on their business partners, which may result in:

• More audits and compliance checks
• Potential exclusion of non-sustainable partners

Artificial Intelligence

As a modern and innovative app, AxxiGo4VSME and AxxiGo4CO2PL integrate Artificial Intelligence through Microsoft Copilot technology, providing powerful support for searching documents in SharePoint Online.

If you do not yet have the necessary Microsoft licenses and/or configured Copilot Agents for SharePoint, we can provide a quote for you.

Installation Requirements

AxxiGo is developed using Microsoft technology within the Microsoft 365 environment, specifically with Microsoft Power Apps and Dataverse as the database technology.

As mentioned above AxxiGo4VSME and AxxiGo4CO2PL are “check”-lists created within the AxxiGo app. AxxiGo is installed as a single app within your Microsoft 365 environment, allowing for seamless integration with other components in this environment. By default, AxxiGo connects with Active Directory  and Exchange Online. According tot the Microsoft price list of March 2025 (Click here to download the pricelist - see page 11 for an overview of the different subscription plans), you can expect a monthly subscription of €5,00 per user, excluding VAT. If you do not yet have the necessary Microsoft licenses and you can not buy them from yourcurrent IT supplier, we can provide a quote for you. 

For the activation, installation and configuration of AxxiGo with AxxiGo4VSME and AxxiGo4CO2PL, a fee of €295,00, excluding VAT, will be charged during the launching period. This offer is valid until April 30, 2025. User configuration, group training and other services will be charged at the applicable hourly rates on a time and materials basis. We are happy to confirm this via a quote.

No additional vendor lock-in

As mentioned above, the AxxiGo app is installed in your Microsoft environment, and all your sustainability information is available in your own Dataverse environment.

Microsoft Power BI

Your users have access to all your sustainability information, provided they have the necessary access rights, and with the help of Microsoft Power BI, you can fully create the visualizations according to your own needs.

Customization

Since AxxiGo is developed with Microsoft Power Apps, we can customize the app and the templates to fit your needs at an affordable price. This can be discussed under a paid service agreement.
